BATTLE PASS MISSIONS

✦ BP Missions are GUARANTEED done with at least 7000 points a week. Some missions (if not specifically requested by customer) will be skipped if not necessary. These BP missions are prioritized to do :
• Daily - Resin burn - Expedition
• Weekly boss domains✦ Teapot rich or any currency in game, please be specific if you want us to claim it regularly. We will claim the rewards once a week for BP mission if the customer request no others more.✦ Before starting services, kindly inform us if you have special requests.

FREE MATERIALS

✦ You have the option to choose either crystalflies or local materials . You can choose different local mats and crystalflies as long as the total mats is under the free given amount.
If customer wishes to exchange to other type of materials (resin-related mats, enemy drops, .... ), the provided free mats will be given 1:3 (1st & 2nd rarity mats) or 1:4 (3nd & 4th rarity mats) base on the original amount.
Example : 150 pc crystalflies -> 50 pc Handguards 2nd rarity.

EVENTS

✦ The packages (montly & patch) include 1 major (no exploration) and all minor IN GAME events. If by the time the service ends that there are still on-going event, we will only do the event till the current event-stages available and is still under the maintenance service.

ABYSS & IMAGINARIUM THEATER

✦ Customer can choose to avail EITHER abyss or Imaginarium Theater in the package (montly & patch). If avail both, it will be 100 PHP extra.✦ The progress will be depended on how well-built the account is & depended on the pilot skill. It's not guaranteed to claim full rewards.

• Customers may pay in FULL or pay 50% first for down payment and rest of the payment once the first half service is done.
• Payments are non-refundable once the Piloting Services have commenced, except in cases where our agency fails to deliver the services as promised.
• Refunds, if applicable, may be divided based on the portion of the service already provided.

• Soul's Tavern will only take responsibility with the service you availed & your account safety when the transaction/ the service is witnessed and happened under the agency observation. (Through our page, discord channel)
• The agency does not take responsibility if you avail service directly to the pilot(s) in private which is out of the agency acknowledgement.

✧ NO RUSHING ✧

• No rushing please, and be polite with us while we do your request(s).
• We may do your request in a rush, ONLY if you pay us a RUSH FEE for it.

• Progress on your account will be sent to you daily, just to assure you that your request(s) is/are being done.

✧ CONFIDENTIALITY ✧

• Our agency will not disclose any information about the Client's account or any personal details to any third parties.
